Art Creations by CJ are exclusive one-of-a-kind, mixed media mosaic art sculptures made from vintage and modern jewelry. No two are ever alike! I use many types of jewelry including Swarovski crystals, mother of pearl, hematite, turquoise, glass, enamel, rhinestones, aurora borealis, pearls, real polished stone and rock, among many others. The vintage and modern jewelry I use come from a wide range of sources - estate sales, Grandma's jewelry box, vintage boutiques, and wherever I can find hidden treasures.

Art Creations are typically wall hangings that range in size from 5 to 21 inches or larger. I start with a birchwood foundation and then layer jewels in a mosaic fashion. These creations take a few weeks up to a few months to make due to the intricate detail I put into every one. Each piece is given a unique name and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Each one is made by me, by hand, in a non-smoking home.

Every Art Creation is made with a hook on the back to hang it as is, or you can take it to your favorite framer to give it a more dramatic display.
