Q: What do you use to make them? A: Art Creations are made with high quality repurposed vintage and classic jewelry including turquoise, Mother of Pearl, hematite, enamel, polished stone, rhinestones, freshwater pearls, abalone and more. No plastic buttons or dollar store materials. They have been sold overseas, commissioned for the Las Vegas Philharmonic and used as prominent background decor on the CBS television show "The New Odd Couple.” Q: How are ArtCreations different from other jewelry art? A: I multi-layer my creations with jewelry upon jewelry creating dramatic impact, giving depth and dimension without spaces or gaps. They are not individual pieces of jewelry glued to a piece of fabric or store bought frame. Each piece showcases meticulous craftsmanship with delicate details. Q: What goes into making an Art Creation? A: It can take several days to weeks to make an Art Creation. Using only high quality vintage and classic jewelry, I carefully select and arrange the jewelry to compliment each other, adding beauty to the overall composition, making each piece special and one of a kind. Each creation has its own nostalgic charm and character. They are given a unique name along with a signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Art Creations are made in a non-smoking studio. Q: How do I display my new Art Creation? A: ArtCreations are made on wood and include a hook on the back - all ready to hang. You may also display your creation with an easel / plate holder or you can take it to your favorite framer and have it custom framed to give it your own personal touch. Q: I love your work, can you make an Art Creation just for me? A: Absolutely! I LOVE to do custom creations! Any of the designs on my website can be made just for you! I can make it using your particular colors / themes to match your taste and decor. I can even incorporate your own jewelry to make a sentimental keepsake.
